A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Hi, I am Bridgette, an independent floral designer with over 30 years of experience in crafting beautiful arrangements for weddings, home decor, and special events.
My journey in floral design began in 1994 when I received my Certification in floral design and marketing from Indian River State college, but my passion started when I was a little kid watching my grandmother with her plants and Flowers in her backyard. Every year when her tulips and gladiolus would Bloom I would just get so excited.
I specialize in creating one-of-a-kind floral displays that reflect my clients' visions and my skill and knowledge of the floral design industry from intimate gatherings to large-scale events, I also have experience as a full service florist for birthdays, gifts, love, funerals etc and have experience in wedding planning.
I am so excited to share my experience with you, to teach my clients how to do each kind of arrangement and wedding planning on a budget 101.
Beyond my love for flowers, I have been married to my Puppy Love- Matt for 30 years. I am a mother of three and a proud grandmother of eight.
My life is divided between the sunny shores of South East Florida and the tranquil mountains of Western North Carolina, both of which inspire my work and creativity with their natural Beauty. I love to take things I find in nature and put them into design work. From beach weddings to forest fairy tales.
I am excited to be teaching others the art of Floral design. My goal is to help people bring their visions to life with their own hands, whether through YouTube and Zoom tutorials, or one-on-one guidance. For those with out the time to DIY we take custom orders for your floral needs from the small arrangement that says have a great day or full custom wedding packages.
With my experience, I’m launching an online store that offers artificial flowers, floral design supplies, and wedding décor, so you have everything you need to create beautiful events at your fingertips.
As someone who navigates life with health challenges like Lupus, Fibromyalgia, and Sjögren’s disease, I understand the importance of creating meaningful work that brings joy. My love for gem mining, beading, and the beauty of nature fuels my creativity and keeps me grounded in every project I take on.
Thank you for visiting, and I hope to help make your next event or creative project a beautiful success!
